Responsibilities
In-depth review of complex business and individual tax returns
Maintaining client relationships
Conducting independent research on tax issues
Communicating findings and conclusions verbally and in writing
Corresponding with government agencies on tax issues
Consulting with clients on tax issues and providing innovative solutions
Mentoring and developing less experienced tax staff

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent coursework
At least 7+ years of progressive tax experience
At least a couple years of experience reviewing tax returns
Solid client service skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Capacity to research advanced tax issues
Confident demeanor
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
