Required
5+ years of recent public accounting experience, including tax compliance and consulting.
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.
Expertise in multi-state corporate income & franchise tax.
CPA certification and strong organizational/project management skills.
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing & distribution (M&D) clients.
Experience with provisions taxes.
Knowledge of international tax regulations and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
Background in M&A transactions and related tax research.
