Responsibilities
Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to obtain a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
