Responsibilities
Effectively communicate with clients and taxing jurisdictions via phone and e-mail.
Format tax data for importing and processing in core software.
Analyze tax data for accuracy, investigate questionable data, and take corrective action when necessary.
Confirm client approvals and process any requested changes.
Maintain monthly tax calendars, reconciling and analyzing reports.
Prepare and submit sales tax registrations on behalf of clients.
Resolve notices from taxing jurisdictions.
Participate in the implementation process for new.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field or equivalent experience.
