Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation
Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market trends
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch products
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business goals
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future product development
Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
5+ years in or around the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space
Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
Strong understanding of the Tax Industry or Tax Technology space
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with market research and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in product management software and tools
Preferred
Experience in the tax accounting or financial services industry
Product management certification
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovation in the SaaS industry
