Responsibilities
Performs a wide range of office support and administrative functions.
Assists in the receipt and verification of host country reporting related forms and communications.
Enters verified data in the UN host country registration (HCR) platform and generates tracking reports.
Enters and submits mandatory personnel information through the US eGov portal.
Follows-up on the issuance of Personal Identification (PID) numbers and updates the HCR client portal.
Responds to routine correspondence and other communications, drafts responses, and produces documents and reports.
Proofreads documents, edits texts, and generates statistical reports.
Screens phone calls and visitors, responds to information requests, and assists in website maintenance.
Prepares presentation materials, maintains files and databases, and provides office equipment support.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of three years of work experience in general office support, administration or related area is required.
Experience in processing travel documents or providing visa services is desirable.
Fluency in English is required.
Preferred
Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
