Responsibilities

Coaching: Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement
Goal Setting: Help team members set clear objectives and provide ongoing support to keep them on track
Training Facilitation: Lead sessions on sales best practices, customer service excellence, and overcoming objections
Performance Support: Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to help team members grow and succeed

Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales goals
