Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Develop and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product/business managers to develop new features aligned with the product roadmap while adhering to coding standards.
Investigate and resolve product issues as a key resource.
Build, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Pay meticulous attention to detail.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Quickly learn and absorb new technologies.
Be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.
Work on both the backend and UX parts of an application.

Required
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficient with .NET Core, C#, MVC framework, JSON, and working with APIs.
Strong skills in JavaScript.
Experience building and/or interfacing with RESTful APIs.
Experience with programming and troubleshooting.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks as needed.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred
Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases is a plus.
Experience developing for and on cloud-based systems is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
