Responsibilities

Responsible for the direct management and professional growth of a group of software engineers

Contributing to the codebase

Leading the department for technical and process improvements

Guiding and growing development teams

Coaching direct reports using data driven and empathetic approach

Working with multiple other people and departments to drive department initiatives and successfully complete projects

Guiding the professional growth of direct reports

Experience with the entire software development life cycle

Coaching direct reports and others in both the department and organization

Required

7 or more years of experience as a software engineer or similar role
