Responsibilities

Receive broad guidance from senior-level management and manage people and processes for effective execution.

Assist in marketing the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing stakeholders.

Execute projects to ensure successful completion on time and within budget.

Develop internal staff, drive profitability and growth of projects, and maintain liaison with individuals and related organizations.

Manage competing demands, establish priorities, and be responsible for client interactions and project management.

Mentor and direct junior staff, review project changes, provide technical assistance in design problem resolutions, and act as a technical specialist in assigned areas.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

Licensed Professional Engineer

Ten or more (10+) years of engineering or related land development experience to include a minimum of five (5) years managing multiple complex large scale land development projects (commercial, residential, municipal)

Experience with water/wastewater systems, water treatment, water distribution, pump stations and operations

Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications and civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil3D or similar design software required
