Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 10-20 production associates, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Monitor and manage production processes to ensure timely manufacturing of medical devices.
Train new team members on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control measures.
Facilitate effective communication between team members and other departments.
Report production status, challenges, and achievements to higher management.

Required
Must be available to work either a 1st shift (5:00 am-1:30 pm) or 2nd shift (1:00 pm-9:30 pm).
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, and speak in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds often.
Ability to work in clean rooms and lab environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred
Applicants should have two to three years of experience in leadership roles.
Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges in the production process.
