Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
Proactively develop and implement strategic plans to ensure client success and drive adoption of Hapi Guest solutions
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design, configure, and test solutions to meet client needs
Provide training, actively promote user adoption of Hapi Guest products, and support to end-users and team members
Liaise with Implementation Team to review best practices for client success
Lead client calls and provide status updates
Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support
Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices
Update Project Management systems

Participate with the Implementation Team to aid/lead the implementation of Hapi Guest products and solutions for clients

Required
3+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud
Experience using Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
1+ years of experience leading a distributed team
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Expert in Marketing Cloud functionality, including but not limited to: MC Assets & Org Structure Decisions & Best Practices, Business Unit Configuration, IP Warming, “Getting Started” with Marketing Cloud, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect.
Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Dynamic Content / Personalization Strings
Troubleshooting email content rendering inconsistencies across email clients
SQLs and Automations
Building Data Models from scratch and expanding them
Data Views and Reporting
Build a custom preference center in Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency with Cloud Pages
Proficiency with Einstein Features in Marketing Cloud Engagement
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics
Experience with Mobile Studio
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Be organized, highly disciplined and self-motivated
Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members over chat, email, and video calls
Manage time effectively and meet work performance and/or productivity levels while teleworking
Preferred
Experience using Data Cloud, Personalization Studio, Loyalty Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Hands on Marketing Cloud Administrator experience
Hands on Salesforce experience
Hotel/Hospitality (or related industry) marketing experience
