Responsibilities

Supports internal customers (partners) by answering questions about day to day operational procedures

Track categories of support needs, associated volume and time to resolve each type of issue, with a desire and the capability to identify opportunities to improve processes in how the team supports our internal customers (partners).

Manage particular vendor relationships and vendor contracts

Manage and support the chosen tenant insurance program

Manage merchandise and signage inventory, and ensure stores receive appropriate signage and inventory at appropriate times.

Required

1-2 years experience in operational support role (Self storage or property management experience a plus)

Has extreme attention to detail, is organized and great at managing tasks

Strong written and verbal communication; positivity, clear and concise.

Strong relationship skills to be able to manage multiple vendors

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks at once; must possess strong work ethic

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
