Responsibilities
Manage and ensure timely communication and updates to new employees
Support onboarding, start dates, and on-going supervisor assignments and interactions
Proactively reach out to every employee, for informal discussions and to ensure that they stay aligned our values, culture, mission, and our commitment to the team's success
Understand and effectively lead employee relations by balancing the art and science of relationship management
