Responsibilities
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for new teams, including researching and gathering data via Discovery Call with the Team Leader/Brokerage Owner in order to understand the team/brokerage business model and provide details regarding each of the Real Team Types and how they will impact the team/brokerage’s current model.
Responsible for anything team-related at Real and to guide the Team Leader/Brokerage Owner in the transition and setup of their team.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure each member of the team/brokerage is affiliated with Real and that Team Addenda is sent/collected.
Answer any questions they have regarding their application and the license transfer process
Coordinate with Onboarding, Broker Team, Executive Leadership to ensure all state process/regulations are followed and team/brokerage is in compliance.
Build processes and guidance to help agents navigate both Real’s processes and State, Board, and MLS processes.
Serve as the primary support for team leadership and key stakeholders, addressing team-specific issues promptly and efficiently.
Gain a deep understanding of each team's operational cadence to provide tailored support and optimize their usage of Real systems and tools.
Submit product tickets for any issues requiring changes outside the scope of the operations team, advocating for timely resolution.
Facilitate strategic introductions to One Real Title and One Real Mortgage, leveraging these partnerships to enhance team success.

Required
Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams, external partners and independent brokerages.
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make simple decisions independently.
Strong team player with a results driven approach and who can work with limited guidance.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Experience onboarding large real estate teams/brokerages and/or working.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage operations.
Minimum of 1 year in Real Estate Onboarding, Team Onboarding/Integration, Team Success.
Experience onboarding customers or similar to a company/system/platform.
Proven experience in project management and operations in Real Estate.
Experience with standard software, such as Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Sign, Zen Desk, and Pipedrive (or other CRM).
