Responsibilities
Designing, engineering, and securing a farmer-facing platform so farmers can access our services more easily
Developing the “v2” of our MVP services (financial management and finding funding) more scalable to help farmers generate more revenue, become more profitable, and expand their farms
Testing and implementing LLM and other AI use cases in our services
Building data pipelines and dashboards to track our impact on farmers, the environment, food system resiliency, and rural economics

Required
Passion for regenerative agriculture, sustainability, fighting climate change, resilient food systems, and/or developing rural economies
Excitement to learn and grow
Excellent team player abilities including open communication, enthusiasm to help when needed, and a strong sense of integrity
Commitment to our values and to cultivating those values on their team
Preferred
Some experience in Python (especially Flask and Dash), AWS, and SQL
