Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple digital projects, including website design and development, from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Use project management tools such as Jira to track progress, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including web development and software engineering teams.

Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Act as a bridge between technical vendors, internal creative teams, account managers, and clients.

Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status, risks, and solutions.

Oversee the entire web design and development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.

Provide guidance on technical feasibility, design considerations, and development approaches.

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital or web-based projects.

Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Strong understanding of the web design and development lifecycle, including UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, and QA processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts with vendors.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) are a plus but not required.
