Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts across procurement, operations, and engineering teams, ensuring pricing alignment and forecasting.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with dormant accounts, and participate in strategic market development initiatives.
Prepare technical-economic proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and interpret simulation reports to deliver optimal solutions for customers.
Oversee the project lifecycle from inquiry to startup, ensuring seamless communication, forecasting, and execution.
Train and support distributors, implement pricing strategies, and forecast demand for the GAS/SPEC product line.
Build GAS/SPEC brand loyalty through case studies, technical presentations, and industry engagement.
Prioritize accounts based on ROI and align efforts with global strategies.
Collaborate on product, service, and technology development projects, contributing to the advancement of GAS/SPEC solutions.

Required

Bachelor's or higher in Chemical Engineering or related field.
2+ years in customer-facing roles.
Proficient in chemical processes, including reaction dynamics, distillation, and heat exchange.
Knowledge of amine process simulation and tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skilled in negotiations, analytics, and customer relationship management.
Strong communication, self-motivation, and ownership of tasks.
Innovative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including internationally.

Preferred

5+ years of experience in gas processing, chemical, or refining industries preferred.
Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus.
