Responsibilities

Work within account team to provide overall technical support, insight, and perspective to existing and potential customers.

Design and execute plant trials, identify, and resolve issues, and conduct audits of plant operation.

Using tools such as LactoSens® and analytical analysis to interpret data. Present findings and provide suggestions based on those results.

Conduct training programs for customers and industry trade groups. Assist in technical communication and presentations.

Participate in industry and internal technical meetings.

Support other Dairy Regions and interpret R&D findings for customers and account managers.

Provide technical support to customers and staff in person and virtually.

Completing all reports and plans on time as assigned by management.

Maintaining accurate account records and files including salesforce.com.

Required

5-7 years of relevant experience in the dairy industry in operations, quality or R&D

Experience focusing on core dairy needs such as processing (fluid, frozen, cultured), extended shelf-life, and ultra-filtration

Ability to work in a team environment and individually

Experience with quality, plant, and R&D processes

Proven ability to manage relationships to help drive the commercial experience to deliver pipeline and project execution aligned to channel growth objectives.

Ability to communicate across many levels of customer operations.
