Responsibilities

Serve as platform experts with advanced client-facing skills, providing technical solutions and configuration services post-sale.
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to engage in deep partnership with clients, providing strategic and technical expertise to ensure long-term success of the partnership.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to co-create and manage product adoption and training roadmaps, ensuring delivery aligned with client’s overarching goals.
Evolve customers' product configuration in response to new challenges or product improvements, ensuring continued value and effectiveness.
Work cross-functionally with customer success, account teams, technical support, engineering, and product teams to bring the right ideas and solutions to customers.
Guide clients in navigating complex funding methodologies, fraud detection systems, and loan rate optimization strategies, equipping them with the necessary insights to make informed product optimization decisions and implement effective technical solutions.

Required

Degree in engineering, CS, physics, math, or related field with experience coding in production environments.
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Customer Success Engineer.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, GitHub, and terminal operations.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex, open-ended technical challenges.
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and grasp complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs).
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred

Experience in financial services is a plus.
