Responsibilities
Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) and weekly performance check-ins with preferred publishers, including Tier 1 and Tier 2+ partners (e.g., Samsung, Philo, DirecTV, Tubi).
Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers to ensure long-term success and collaboration.
Negotiate rates and commitments to maximize value for both publishers and Vibe.
Monitor and track supply performance metrics, such as conversion rates (CVR) and publisher commitments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify anomalies and address performance issues proactively.
Partner with internal teams to optimize inventory for performance-focused advertising models, ensuring high-quality supply.
Develop and maintain publisher reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use tools like SQL and Looker to analyze supply data, supporting research and development efforts to improve inventory quality.
Present actionable insights and strategies to publishers during MBRs, fostering collaboration and performance improvements.
Collaborate with publishers to prioritize direct integration pipelines and troubleshoot technical issues related to ad servers and integrations.
Work cross-functionally with sales and performance teams to secure deals and source high-quality inventory.
Develop strategies for inventory optimization and resolve ad server challenges effectively.
Set up and monitor campaigns for key partners as needed, ensuring seamless execution and performance.

Required
You have 3–5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Partner Solutions, or a related role in the AdTech or CTV industry.
You have hands-on experience with SSPs, CTV ad servers, or similar technologies.
You have advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.
You are familiar with Looker or comparable data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights.
You have a strong understanding of AdTech technologies, including OpenRTB, programmatic platforms, and ad servers.
You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with external partners and internal teams.
You bring a sharp analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
You have proven negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable rates and commitments.
Preferred
You have a well-established professional network in the CTV or AdTech ecosystem, a plus!
You have experience managing Tier 1 accounts or working closely with major publishers.
