Responsibilities
Improve, supervise and support the applications.
Perform ongoing fixing, enhancements to the application ensuring the solution is fully optimized and operational.
Meet and exceed client contractual obligations related to incidents and enhancements to the client’s solution.
Respond to requests or improvements from users.
Act as focal point resource for the team and represent the team at key internal or client meetings planned or whenever vital.
Support a scheduled on call rotation for critical client issues specific times throughout the year.

Required
0 to 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Willingness to learn and adapt
Technical background supported by experience or education in information technologies
