Responsibilities
Identify the current state of the enterprise in the client organization, technologies that are being used supported by the business value.
Understand the digital transformation programs planned and that are in-flight currently.
Provide technical leadership guidance and mentoring support to the project teams.
Provide insights for digital programs planned in the future to the customer leadership team for planning.
Proactively identify industry trends and provide strategic and tactical insights to customer leadership team of potential opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in computer science from a top university is a must
Over 15-20 years of experience in the IT preferably in the Retail industry
Significant experience in interacting with and presenting to executive leadership team
Excellent experience and skills in Digital Strategy, architecture and implementation covering various technologies and tools
Experience in Retail architecture on one or more retail functions such as store systems, POS, e-Commerce, pricing, inventory management etc
