Responsibilities
Ensure that new technology is properly implemented in accordance with project guidelines
Create detailed designs of technology solutions based on customer requirements
Provide technical support for new capabilities and modifications to existing capabilities.
Conduct feasibility studies regarding new technologies and their applications
Assess current systems to determine if they are still functional or need updating
Maintain and update documentation related to the project including procedures, protocols, and specifications
Coordinate with partners to ensure that they meet all deadlines and deliverables
Present/defend designs to senior project and customer stakeholders

Required
BS Degree and 10-15 years of relevant technical architecture experience.
US Citizen with an active ADP2/IT2 Public Trust (or higher) clearance. Federal Government requirement.
Full lifecycle architecture experience
EHR system architecture and implementation experience
Broad technical solution architect knowledge on Performance, Scalability, Cloud, infrastructure, Data, database, or other areas
Troubleshooting of deployed IT systems, including database
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully interact with internal and external team members, including executive leadership, as well as technology and solutions resources at a variety of levels.
Ability to express complex technical concepts into business terms.
Strategic mindset, and collaborative approach, with the ability to adapt and lead change courageously.
Preferred
Experience with large, complex government implementations
Familiarity with DOD communications/customs/processes
Cybersecurity implementations
Identity and access management
Familiar with HL7 messages and integration engine is a big plus
Familiar with Cerner Healthcare Products
Model Based System Engineering experience
