Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Teams solutions for our client's organization.

Develop strategies for collaboration, communication, and governance to ensure Teams is effectively adopted and managed across the organization.

Required

Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Teams solutions especially Telephony.

Deep understanding of Microsoft Teams features, integrations, and architecture.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

Hands-on experience with Teams Calling, Direct Routing, and meeting room solutions.

Strong understanding of compliance and governance in Microsoft Teams environments.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar.
