Responsibilities

Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners.

Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance with laws, regulations and policies at any time for any Enfinity personnel or third party contractors on site.

Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the assigned assets.

Manage and supervise site performance, site management, service providers performance and any other third party at the assigned sites.

Manage warranty claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s or other equipment or service providers until successful completion.

Manage insurance claims from gathering data, compiling and structuring claims, and dealing with insurance carrier until successful completion.

Along with the performance management team, manage fleet performance analysis and reporting, seek improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Manage contract and regulatory compliance for the assigned sites to ensure milestones are met and contracts are managed to maximize asset return for Enfinity while in compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies.

Procurement of services from third parties, as necessary, and following company policies and procedures.

Create and manage purchase orders and receipts within the company ERP system.
