Responsibilities

Gathering requirements from stakeholders to ensure effective alignment with business needs

Performing gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes

Developing surveys and analyzing datasets to gather insights that inform decision-making

Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership, securing approval for AI policies and data governance artifacts

Integrating tools and technologies, such as Qualtrics, Google Workspace, Google Forms, and customer dashboards, to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting

Developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks to identify efficiencies, streamline business processes, and support risk acceptance

Preparing and facilitating working group meetings, including the generation of meeting minutes, decision memos, and publication of artifacts on Google Sites.

Required

An active Public Trust (with ability to maintain) is required to start

A bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or information technology

At least 5 years of experience in data science, specifically with federal clients

Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and system integration solutions

Prior experience as a Product Owner (PO), Business Analyst (BA), Scrum Master (SM), or Agile Coach

Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels

Ability to keep up with IT advancements

Exceptional communication skills to facilitate the use of new software systems

Knowledge of AI and ML concepts, methodologies, techniques, and technologies

Experience with synthetic data generation, augmentation, and analysis

Knowledge of EO 14110, M-24-10, M-418, and other directives related to the Artificial Intelligence Executive Order and compliance for federal and state government
