Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, objectives, and needs.

Analyze and understand the technical aspects of business requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with IT capabilities.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software developers and IT teams.

Assist with the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of both technical and business requirements.

Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decisions and improve processes.

Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with both business and technical teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology optimizations to enhance business operations.

Assist in testing and validation of new systems, features, or changes to ensure they meet business needs.

Support the change management process by documenting business processes and new system functionalities.

Ensure that all technical and business documentation is up to date and accessible for future reference.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and technical architecture.

Experience with gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Knowledge of relevant technologies such as CRM, ERP systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level applications is a plus.

Federal Experience is a plus.
