Responsibilities
Identify, target, and prioritize high-value R&D opportunities in Computer Vision and AI across the medical imaging, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Leverage your technical expertise to align RTC Vision’s solutions with the specific challenges and goals of prospective partners.
Develop and execute strategies to establish long-term collaborations with senior technical and business stakeholders, including CTOs, R&D leaders, and Innovation Managers.
Lead discussions with prospective partners to understand and address their technical needs, positioning RTC Vision as their innovation partner of choice.
Negotiate and secure high-value agreements, ensuring a clear alignment of technical and business objectives.
Work closely with RTC Vision’s R&D teams to co-develop tailored solutions for complex challenges.
Build and maintain a robust network of industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to uncover opportunities and establish RTC Vision as a trusted partner.
Represent RTC Vision at key industry events, conferences, and forums, demonstrating thought leadership and technical expertise.

Required
A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electronics, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 10 years of professional experience, with substantial time dedicated to technical business development in technology-driven industries.
Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and securing R&D collaborations or partnerships in deep tech or related sectors.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts and their business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic networking skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments.
In-depth knowledge of Computer Vision, AI, and their applications in medical, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
Experience working closely with technical teams to design and deliver innovative, customized solutions for sophisticated challenges.
