Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of technical support experience, handling L1 to L3 technical support issues.
Minimum 3 years of hands on working experience with tools like: JIRA, ALM, BitBuket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Load Runner/Performance Center, JMeter, Jenkins, Microfocus UFT/LeanFT, Selenium, Eclipse, SharePoint, MS Office 365 Support.
Experience with OS level administration, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting (Win 7, Win 10, Linux, Unix).
Experience with IT Support/Helpdesk solutions (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
Experience with content management tools (MS SharePoint, Confluence).
Experience with installing and deploying software solutions at enterprise level.
Experience with installing and troubleshooting Windows desktop software.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
Teamwork skills and timelines/task priority strong awareness.
Ability to work in challenging international, multinational teams and manage own time.
Self-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline.
Patience, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Delivery focused, with a flexible approach to work and willingness to learn new systems and business lines.
