Responsibilities

Lead the support process, ensuring smooth transition from go-live to support while adhering to best practices and security standards
Provide high-quality technical support across L1-L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring continued client satisfaction post-implementation
Configure and customize the ketteQ solution to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
Create and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the ketteQ platform, addressing unique client requirements
Develop and implement robust data mapping strategies, creating efficient pathways for data integration between client systems and the ketteQ platform
Design, develop, and maintain integrations, leveraging various technologies and protocols to ensure seamless data flow
Conduct thorough testing and validation of data integrity, performance, and functionality throughout the implementation process
Contribute to the development of compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the ketteQ solution to potential clients

Required

5+ years of experience in technical implementation of Supply chain planning software
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL as well as JSON and XML
Experience with Webservices and REST APIs
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, or Mulesoft)
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management
Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients
Ability to work independently and work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Preferred

Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in supply chain
Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus
Experience in Talend will be given preference
Proficiency in Python a plus
