Responsibilities

Design educational content to help customers and internal teams understand how to use Postman effectively.

Identify customer product knowledge gaps and create internal assets like outlines, scripts, and demo flows.

Build in-product skill assessments to enhance user understanding of the subject matter.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure training programs align with product updates and customer needs.

Stay updated on product updates and new features to reflect the most current information in training programs.

Required

5 years minimum experience in API development, content development, technical writing or other relevant roles

Experience working in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, GitHub and RDBMS(PostgreSQL)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enjoy coordinating with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Ability to facilitate a resolution to complex technical issues

Passion for operationalizing, reporting on and continuously improving customer experiences at scale

Consistent track record of successfully handling stakeholder relationships

Highly organized, with proven ability to work autonomously and run multiple projects at one time

Preferred

Postman experience is a plus
