Responsibilities
Coordinate, prep for, and run all fittings for product that falls under this brand
Drive construction, fit, and style details to the original sample and the company’s manufacturing specifications.
Communicates all fit, quality, and garment construction comments/issues to local and overseas vendor partners.
Work closely with the designer & technical design director, ensuring product meets or achieves the desired design intent/fit and make corrections to specifications and follow customer directions to achieve desired fit and aesthetic.
Maintain and monitor factory counter sampling, tracking of approvals, style testing as needed, final specifications and final BOM.
Manage the day-to-day development of product line that adheres to seasonal calendars and sourcing strategy. Track fit sample progress on the weekly fit tracker from vendors. Ensuring key dates are met.
Continually strive to upgrade the product without affecting the value and timeline.
Identify and analyze problems, make sound recommendations and take appropriate action, Follow-up to ensure all product details and specifications are met.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Design, Product Development and Patterning or related field
5+ years of pattern-making, grading, and construction experience
Solid working knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, sewing techniques, stitch properties, and overall garment detail
Able to interpret design intent and create alternative solutions
Highly motivated self-starter and a team player
Strong communication, detail orientation, and follow-through skills
Proactive problem-solving and resolution oriented
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and PLM system
