Responsibilities
Configure and manage our headless Shopify eCommerce site, including product pages, sales, inventory, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze web performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement.
Troubleshoot and address bugs across multiple technology platforms.
Manage a large volume of SKUs and inventory with precision and accuracy.
Conduct A/B testing and other analytics techniques to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Improve SEO by updating product titles, descriptions, keywords, and other content.
Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators, including ROI and funnel performance.
Configure and validate sales funnels using Checkout Champ, including product pages, upsells, and variations.
Translate marketing team requirements into actionable developer instructions for product launches.
Manage and execute all product launch requests, including setup and optimization of sales pages.
Own and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support marketing integrations and tracking.
Work with third-party vendors to implement and maintain server-to-server integrations and advertising platform scripts.
Run tests and monitor issues on primary funnels to ensure smooth operation.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in SystemHub for cross-team use.
Execute IT and tech-related requests not requiring developer involvement, such as:
Split tests, new product pages, and on-site updates.
Updates to video assets for VSLs and testimonials.
New course launches in members’ areas and survey integrations.
Maintain a general understanding of HTML/CSS and other basic programming languages.
Support WordPress-related updates and changes.
Validate and troubleshoot data reporting in tools like Mixpanel and Domo.

Required
Extensive experience managing Shopify and headless commerce platforms.
Proven ability to oversee multiple technology systems and troubleshoot effectively.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and data layers.
Strong organizational skills to manage and execute complex projects independently.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Preferred
Experience with direct response marketing and sales funnels is a significant advantage.
Understanding of SEO best practices and their application.
Experience with NetSuite and server-to-server marketing integrations.
Knowledge of direct response analytics and optimization techniques.
