Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between customers and Sectra teams (Cloud, Customer Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless project execution

Guide customers toward self-service solutions, ensuring they can maximize the potential of Sectra products.

Schedule and lead working sessions with customers to configure and validate project components based on Sectra’s blueprint approach

Provide expertise on Sectra products

Conduct training sessions to empower users

Demonstrate lateral leadership by aligning Sectra’s internal and external stakeholders toward shared goals

Contribute to other related duties as assigned
