Responsibilities
Set up and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, and HeyReach.
Manage email deliverability, response tracking, and analytics to maximize campaign performance.
Integrate outbound tools with CRM and marketing systems to ensure a seamless data flow.
Create and test automation workflows, sequences, and personalization strategies.
Build and manage high-quality lead lists through data enrichment tools like Clay.
Implement best practices for audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest trends and updates to outbound tools for continuous improvement.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies with organizational goals.
Train team members on tool usage and provide technical support as needed.

Required
Proven experience using Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, HeyReach, or similar outbound marketing tools.
Strong technical understanding of email deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC settings, and automation workflows.
Background in outbound marketing, GTM strategies, or sales enablement.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience with API integrations and custom workflows.
Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools and data enrichment strategies.
Knowledge of growth hacking strategies for SMB or enterprise sales.
