Responsibilities

Lead data integration and implementation projects, focusing on mapping customer-provided data to the company’s clean data models.
Collaborate with customers to understand the origin, structure, and context of their data, addressing gaps or quality issues.
Work with data engineering teams to move data through the system effectively, emphasizing the importance of data quality and user experience.
Analyze data discrepancies, communicate them to account managers, and collaborate on solutions to improve the data integration process.
Provide ongoing customer support throughout the implementation process, ensuring data is properly configured and the system is functioning as expected.

Required

7+ years of experience in data engineering or data analysis, with a focus on data integration and quality.
Expertise in working with structured healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, billing) and addressing data quality issues.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, with the ability to understand complex data structures and create actionable insights.
Experience managing multiple, long-term implementation projects, balancing customer needs with technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' data challenges and present clear, actionable solutions.

Preferred

Leadership experience managing data management projects or teams.
Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) systems, data platforms, and architecture.
Experience with machine learning or AI-driven data insights is a plus, though not required.

Benefits

$140,000 - $175,000 Base Salary + Benefits
