Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of technical implementation projects.

Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.

Offer technical support for hardware and software services, including desktop support, servers, and specialized applications.

Identify and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions.

Coordinate and execute the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.

Perform necessary configuration of software and hardware to meet client specifications.
