Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for client's Technical Infrastructure team to ensure they align with legal requirements and the company's policies.
You will be instrumental in facilitating communication between various departments and external parties to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintaining accurate contract records and managing contract compliance will be essential aspects of your role.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with the legal team and stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve contract-related issues, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
Your expertise in contract management, attention to detail, and understanding of legal frameworks are vital for this position, as you play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of contractual relationships within the organization.

Required
At least 3 years relevant work experience, including contract drafting and negotiation experience
Contracts management
Word; Excel/Spreadsheets
Excellent communication, writing, and analysis skills
BA or Equivalent experience
Preferred
Reviewing inbound services agreements, statements of work, order forms, etc.
