Responsibilities

Work on strategic projects to facilitate team growth and scale partnerships and products.

Collaborate with the Director and partners to understand core products and implement best practices.

Develop technical assets for the delivery team to successfully implement solutions.

Act as the technical resource for partners and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Test and qualify integration solutions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS, Marketing) or equivalent experience

5+ years of software (SaaS experience preferred) or technology experience and have experience in Solution Consulting

2+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on systems integration

Experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)

Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average

Preferred

Experience in the payments industry is a plus

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
