Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.

Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.

Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and one-on-one sessions to encourage open communication and development.

Drive the design and development of scalable and maintainable JavaScript-based applications (Node.js, React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks).

Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Monitor and address technical debt, balancing short-term and long-term priorities.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.

Estimate project timelines and resource needs, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and user experience.

Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
