Responsibilities

Provide level 2/3 support to clients and users of Ivalua cloud-based enterprise applications
Lead daily maintenance tasks including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews
Document and manage client business and functional requirements, crafting product-specific functional specifications
Enhance efficiency by automating business processes and tasks
Collaborate with global teams on software development using agile methodologies
Lead client meetings, workshops, presentations, and demonstrations of solution design and technology architecture
Craft epics and user stories for solution implementation in an agile-SCRUM framework

Required

Ivalua P2P and platform certification
Three years of experience in support, consulting, or implementation of Ivalua applications
Proficiency in Ivalua modules: S2P, Contracts, Procurement, OK2P, Supplier Management
Deep understanding of Ivalua standard processes and configurations
Familiarity with ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management
Demonstrated ability to lead client interactions and workshops

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in cloud-based enterprise applications is a plus
