Responsibilities
Responsible for leading project(s) and teams.
Work with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Define and implement development policies, procedures, and best practices, and create resource plans.
Supervise the work of multiple team members.
Create project plans and resource plans.
Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
Define SDLC processes to build efficient software.
Communicate with external and internal stakeholders regarding status of a project, getting requirements and handling escalations.
Responsible for doing performance reviews of the team members and helping with their career growth.
Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.
Hire new staff.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
Five years of progressive experience in the offered role or as a Software Engineer/Developer.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, MVC, Java, Java Script.
