Responsibilities

Uphold managerial duties in line with organizational policies, encompassing hiring, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is essential; related degrees considered, with an advanced degree being a bonus.
Professional Engineering (PE) certification with expertise in Protection and Control Engineering using ACAD-E.
Robust experience in Protection and Control Applications within the electric utility sector.
A track record of leading diverse teams, especially in Protection and Control Engineering.
10+ years in electric utility engineering, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Protection and Control Engineering.
Demonstrated leadership prowess, coupled with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to travel as required, up to 50%.
Preferred
An advanced degree being a bonus.
