Responsibilities

Help standardize FA/FB content for customers to understand Pure's Platform features

Possess deep technical knowledge of storage and its functioning in a customer environment

Utilize strong writing and communication skills to translate technical information into plain English for the sales team

Generate technical documents and reports like best practices guides and whitepapers

Demonstrate expertise in Unix, Windows, Linux, and File Systems

Leverage shell scripting and Python scripting knowledge

Work with FlashArray and/or FlashBlade products
