Responsibilities
Develop overall expertise on Supermicro’s market-leading data center AI/GPU server product families.
Lead definition and evolution of remote server access infrastructure working with technical experts for customers, sales, and channel partners.
Produce marketing and technical documentation to drive customer and sales understanding of data center solutions.
Deliver technical contents and resources that convey value and ease of adoption for enterprise verticals and horizontal applications of AI.
Create sales tools and training materials that accurately capture technical features translated into business values.
Work with technology partners such as NVIDIA to align initiatives and drive synergy.
Lead competitive intelligence efforts to maintain a deep understanding of AI technologies/trends and how Supermicro's portfolio compares to competition.
Coordinate internal benchmarking and external assessments.

Required
5+ years of Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management experience in IT infrastructure technology preferred (accelerators/GPUs, HPC, cloud, virtualization/containerization, and etc.)
Experience with running Generative AI/LLMs on Linux and enterprise operating systems, APIs, and web applications development/product management
Strong technical background, technical degree preferred, e.g., BSEE, Physics, BSCS from a 4-year college or university
Excellent communications (written and verbal) and customer interfacing skills
