Responsibilities

Managing tenders for our clients in following areas: sourcing lab supplies, lab equipment and instrumentation, chemicals, and life science products distribution.

Negotiate supply contracts with selected suppliers to obtain best commercial and business conditions. This includes the preparation of bid packages and tenders, analyzing results, shortlisting suppliers, conducting post tender negotiations, and finalizing contracts.

Act as a single point of contact for the large international clients and suppliers

Analyzing technical requirements and offer information, providing advice to the clients

Preparing quotations / offers

Other tasks as assigned

Required

University degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent

Working experience in laboratory environment, laboratory supplies industry, chemical research, chemical technology, or pharmaceutical production, or in any kind of relevant scientific field

Strong project management capabilities – ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Language requirements: English – business fluent
