Required

A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a management role focused on the Vertafore suite of products, particularly Sagitta, ImageRight, and Benefit Point

Proven experience in managing projects, including planning for system upgrades and overseeing change management processes.

Ability to conduct assessments of system uptime and performance metrics, as well as monitor for unusual behavior and implement appropriate responses.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate team check-ins, daily standups, and to effectively document and communicate changes.

Familiarity with incident response management, including establishing protocols for investigating unusual activity and tracking incidents to identify trends.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability on open initiatives.

Oversee a team of experienced technical resources. A willingness to develop skills and knowledge for future senior leadership opportunities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining focus on strategic initiatives.
