Responsibilities

Work closely with the Technical Support and Implementation teams to provide accurate hardware and software recommendations.

Provide proposals, pricing, and product information.

Track and maintain support/maintenance renewals and contracts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for third party hardware/software vendors.

Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for third party pricing and pricing dependencies.

Capture and communicate special terms and conditions in writing for proposals and contracts.

Collaborate with key stakeholders in other departments critical to technical installations.

Required

Demonstrable understanding of technology including PCs, networks, servers, etc.

Technical writing experience

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Employ excellent research, critical thinking and problem solving skills with excellent attention to details

Work independently

Work under tight deadlines

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent communications and presentation skills

Strong telephone etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Members

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Technical Sales or another related field

Preferred

Inside sales related experience – proposal and contract generation, etc.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM a plus
