Responsibilities
Partner with Merchandising teams to align technology with strategic goals.
Advocate for Merchandising needs across IT products and services.
Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas.
Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
Lead development, deployment, and optimization of MerchTech products.
Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.

Required
Proven product management experience in retail.
BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years in product management, retail, or related fields.

Experience in strategy development and execution.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
